Payment & Billing

 

RESERVATION

At arrival after check in you can pay your reservation. We accept credit cards and bank (debit) cards, cash, bank withdraw and paypal. We also use an up to date electronic mobile payment device for secure electronic payment at your room at arrival.  After the payment you receive the keys.

 

NO REFUND RESERVATION

If you make a no refund reservation, your credit card is charged as soon the reservation is accepted. You will find your reservation noted at your credit card statement.

 

OTHER PAYMENTS

How to pay your room bill by (inter) national bank tranfer (withdraw) to Bordine

  • Free banktransfer:  in holland: send by  speed/phone order (takes some hours) or by normal bank transfer (within 3 days)  to: bed & breakfast bordine, Rabo bank, leeuwarden, no: xxxxxxxxxxxx . No transfer costs.
  • Free banktransfer:  from all eu countries: also no transfer costs  if you send the deposite within 3 days to our international bank accountnumber = iban: xxxxxxxxxxxx, include also bic /swift code =  xxxxxxxxxx.  Use the accept code “share”.
  • Free bank transfer:  for non eu countrys: use our iban: xxxxxxxxxxxxx  and also our bic /swift code =  xxxxxxxxx accept code “our”.send tranfer within 3 days.

From your bank Business account to Bordine bank business account, we only accept the code “our” by payments .

We will confirm you reservation by email after we receive your bank payment (within 1 our for speed/phone bank transfer or 2 days with normal transfer).


 

BILLING

You receive a ticket when you pay with your bank card or credit card or pay cash, by bank withdraw or paypal.

 

Invoice information

On request, we can provide you with a business bill (with or without tax) of your payment which you can use for your  administration.   Send as jpg or pdf  attachment by email.
