RESERVATION / CHECK IN AT APPOINTMENT
Check in is only at appointment, between 16 hour (4 pm) until 23 hour (11 pm). At arrival you can use the check-in door intercom at the front door so we can open the door and you can go to your Room. At your Room you will find the check in form, please fill this in. We will arrive shortly and help you with check in and answering your questions. After the payment (check) you receive the keys.
If you make a reservation without a credit card confirmation, we keep the room available for you the day of arrival till the check in time of the appointment we made with you. If you do not make a check in appointment with us, 24 hour before your arrival, your reservation will be canceled. Anyway if there is “no show” the room is available for new guests from the time of the check in appointment. If you have an arrival delay let us know so we can keep the room on hold for you. Please call or sms us as soon as possible but at least before the check in appointment time. If your reservation is confirmed with a credit card we keep the room always on hold for you till 23 hour the day of arrival.
Please remember, we are not an expensive 4 or 5 star night hotel. We are a Home stay, with B & B – or Rent Service with no nightly check in service. We are really closed at 23 hours for check ins.
Please call us in case you expect a delay and you are not able to check in before 23 hour.
POLICY / HOUSE RULES / DUTCH LAW
We like to make the Home stay a friendly, homely, social, nice and safe place for all our guests. We ask for understanding because house rules and hope for cooperation. Only then all the guest can have a nice stay.
The Dutch government, fire safety rules and law demand us, to check you in as a guest, and register your passport / identity card.
SERVICES
All rooms are equipped with many (free) services, like internet, wifi, computer in the room, HD-TV, internet, etc. We can not guarantee that’s all (free) services will always work because more party’s / business are involved in this, like a internet provider, broadcasting company’s, telephone company’s and also hard- or software can have failures. Therefore we are not responsible for failures of that services. Of course we do our best to resolve any problem as soon as possible.
COMPUTER / INTERNET
You may use the computer in the room and internet for free, on fair use policy. We are not responsible for your internet behaviour. You have to agree with the (inter)net etiquette and take care of the anti virus program on the computer to keep up to date.
If any damage takes place, in any way, the cost are always for the guests. The parents are responsible for their children.
Remember, when you reserve a room, you automatically agree with the Bordine policy, house rules, Dutch law, and your responsibilities. We do not accept bad behaviour in any way, no drugs are allowed or any non social behaviour that might disturb other guests – persons or the Homestay. It is not allowed to change anything in the guest room or taking some goods out of the room or property.
By EU and Dutch law, smoking is not permitted in the Rooms and Property. Smoking is allowed at the Terraces.
We love pets, but in the guest Rooms pets are not allowed.
