STANDARD RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A Cancellation fee is charged when you cancel your normal reservation (NOT a No Refund reservation)  from 2 nights before your arrival or when no show on the day of arrival before 18 hour. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total price for all the reserved nights. Please inform us when you expect to arrive not before 18 hour, between 18 hour (6 pm)  and 23 hour (11 pm).

NO REFUND RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of a no refund reservation your credit card is charged as soon as your reservation is accepted. There is no refund in case of a cancelation.

 

MONTHLY RENT RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For the special priced, Monthly Rented studio’s/rooms, we use the UHF cancellation policy which is the leading general used cancellation policy of the Hotel & Catering Industry in Holland.

IN CASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL A MONTHLY ROOM RESERVATION, ALL RESERVATION COST ARE YOURS, ACCORDING UVH  CANCELATION  POLICY.

THE MONTLY RENTED CANCELLATION FEE ACCORDING THE DUTCH UVH POLICY…

  • Cancellation from 14 days till arrival date, costs are 15 % of total sum; EUR xxxx =  EUR xxxx
  • Cancellation from 7 days till arrival date, costs are 35% % of total sum; EUR xxxx =  EUR xxxx
  • Cancellation from 3 days till arrival date, costs are 60% % of total sum: EUR xxxx =  EUR xxxx
  • Cancellation from 1 days till arrival date, costs are 85% % of total sum; EUR xxxx =  EUR xxxx
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date or with no show, costs are 100 % of total sum; EUR xxx =  EUR xxxx
